Technical Sales Manager

  • Lead the technical engagement of the customers throughout their lifecycle to drive the sale, deployment, and adoption of our solutions
  • Work closely with Account Management, Sales, Product and Services teams, to advise and design creative solutions for our customers
  • Conduct technical presentations/demos and architecture design sessions, to demonstrate the capabilities of Chainlane solution, emphasizing how Chainlane can help their business grow (Pre-sales activities)
  • Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements. Creating solutions that enable the completion of the sales process
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on and dynamic environment with a constantly evolving product
  • Familiarity with different types of integration processes and experience working with managed web services such as AWS/Azure/Other providers
  • Creating documentation, whitepapers, RFP/RFI responses, and other supporting material for internal and client/partner usage
  • Identify & build customized solutions for strategic customers and manage their delivery
  • Work closely with Chainlane partner network to provide technical training and support their deal lifecycle for the end-consumer

We are looking for an individual with tenacity who can work cross-functionally in a high-tempo environment, reporting to Israeli HQs.


  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, Pre-sale Engineer, or Product Manager, at a global company – A must
  • Technical/Engineering background or engineering education – A must
  • Proven experience implementing RFID solutions
  • Experience in the Retail industry – A big advantage
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal, internal and external) – A must
  • Great team work ability while taking ownership on end-to-end processes
  • Experience working with tools such as: postman, SQL queries, monitoring tools, Jira, Monday or similar
  • Experience working in a customer facing role in a global, fast paced, multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent in English
