Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the technological evaluation stage of prospects
  • Any task would be done in tandem with the sales team as a technical adviser and product expert.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technically-oriented prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders (Product, Sales, etc.)

We are looking for an individual with tenacity who can work cross-functionally in a high-tempo environment, reporting to Israeli HQs.

Qualifications

  • You will be passionate about giving great customer service
  • Design implementation of Chainlane’s solutions according to customer’s technical requirements and business needs
  • Work closely with Account Management, Sales, Product and Services teams, to advise and design creative solutions for our customers
  • Proven experience implementing RFID solutions
  • Familiarity with different types of integration processes and experience working with managed web services such as AWS/Azure/Other providers
  • Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements. Creating solutions that enable the completion of the sales process
  • Driving POCs and Post-sales technical implementation with new/existing clients
  • Constantly learn about the Chainlane product and modern technologies
  • Creating documentation, whitepapers, RFP/RFI responses, and other supporting material for internal and client usage
  • Excellent spoken and written English is a must
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on and dynamic environment with a constantly evolving product
  • A strategic approach to technical selling with a professional understanding of customer expectations
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%

Nice to have

  • Prior Pre-Sales or Solution’s Architect experience in the retail sector
  • Experience working with tools such as: postman, SQL queries, monitoring tools, Jira, Monday, or similar
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment
  • Additional languages an advantage
